My passion for wedding films started when someone asked me if I could capture their wedding.  Having years of other video production experience, I said yes.   It was one of the best decisions I have made.  Because of that 1st wedding video experience, I was reminded that there is such magic in filmmaking, even when it comes to wedding videos. Sorry, wedding FILMS.  I say films because to me, they are stories built in an artistic cinematic way.  They are in a sense mini-documentaries that focus on the couples' love for one another.   They are much more than someone in the back of a church with a camera video taping the ceremony.   They are a piece of art that can be viewed and shared over and over again throughout the couple’s time together here on earth.

 

I have at least 20 wedding films under my belt and have finally embraced my individual shooting and editing style.  When shooting throughout the day, the most important part to me is capturing the candid moments that celebrate the couple's personality.  My hope is that after watching the final highlight film, that you would walk away feeling some sort of a connection with the couple.
